Anxiety and intrusive thoughts this morning. I haven't really been bothered by these OCD-shaped intrusive thoughts in a while. I don't know why I'm getting them today. I need to get my sleep hygiene back in order. I've been saying that for a while because it's been easier said than done, unfortunately. A break from caffeine might also help. I also have a melatonin supplement that I can take at like 10 pm which might help, but artificial melatonin has not really worked consistently enough for me. A screen-time break might help too.
